An initial discussion, to share your needs and challenges, with no obligation.

Get in touch with your products, take stock of your offer, the bulk or consignment equipment available, traceability and sanitary control.

At the end of this meeting, we will formalize a suitable proposal.

Strategic and operational support

1. Diagnosis

  • Analyze your market from the point of view of reuse, key success factors and advantages to be developed.

2. Support for pilot implementation

  • Secure the fundamentals: define and work on a pilot offer (format, container, primary and secondary shelf life, traceability, appropriate distribution model, mandatory product information, recommended retail price, etc.).
  • Set up internal processes: tools adapted to your business and objectives
  • Building the ecosystem: selecting the most suitable operators across the value chain

3. Activate consumers to your new reuse offer

  • Creation of digital packaging packaging: assistance with content creation
  • Test the optimal communication kit: in-store plv/ ilv, recipes/tutorials, recruitment or loyalty mechanisms.

At the end of the diagnosis, you’ll have a precise idea of the reemployment offer to be deployed, and the timescales and resources required.

At the end of the coaching, you will have a precise framework of the pilot to be implemented, which we can coordinate for and with you if necessary (ref. below).

Pilot project coordination

In charge of coordinating and managing the point-of-sale pilot.

  • Selection of sales channels or points of sale.
  • Definition of roadmap, team, objectives, resources and management tools (including selection and briefing of consulting firms).
  • Federation of the extended project team around a common goal.
  • Assessment of the pilot and recommendations for large-scale deployment.

At the end of the pilot, you’ll be able to roll out your new reuse offer!
